Spanning an impressive 4,000 sqft with soaring 14-foot ceilings. This space includes a wood shop, one bedroom, an office, spacious kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, RV parking, a green house, and covered outdoors living room. Constructed with 9,460 sqft of 6” R-24 walls and 12” R-48 roofs, it promises optimal R-value performance, ensuring unparalleled comfort and energy-efficiency in every season.

Situated in the forward-thinking campus of California State University Long Beach, Preflex is proud to have realized a visionary educational edifice designed to usher students into the future of architecture and building through immersive SIPs learning as part of the UCSLB solar decathlon team . This architectural beacon encompasses 858 sqft of efficiently utilized space, offering a one-bedroom layout accompanied by a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.

Constructed with a remarkable 3,390 sqft of SIP materials, the structure stands with 6” R-24 walls and 8” R-32 roofs, promising both sustainability and optimized energy efficiency. We are honored to contribute to the academic nurturing of future architects and builders, equipping them with hands-on experience of the methods and sustainable materials that define the new wave in construction.

Our expert team of architects skillfully transformed a city of Danville pre approved stick frame ADU design into a sophisticated Preflex SIPs building for this build in Danville, CA. This 640 sqft ADU not only has spacious interiors but is enveloped in an impressive 2,365 sqft of SIPs, the walls use a 6” R-24 and a roof of 8” R-32, combining innovation with function.

En colaboración con Mammoth High School, creamos una casa única de 16x8. Esta estructura compacta pero innovadora ofrece un espacio de estudio completo con baño y cocina, que abarca 128 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable dentro de un total de 656 pies cuadrados de paneles de alto rendimiento.

Vernonia, Oregon

Este proyecto residencial en Vernonia, Oregon cuenta con 2 recámaras, 2 baños, cocina, sala, comedor, 2 patios techados, garaje y sótano. Tiene una altura de techo de 10 pies y 1219 pies cuadrados de construcción utilizando 2890 pies cuadrados de SIP: paredes de 6” R-24 y techos de 12” R-48, increíbles para aislamiento durante veranos calurosos e inviernos fríos.
